All services are educational in nature and delivered online.

Tutorials and Mentoring

One-to-one tutorials and mentoring sessions are advisory in nature and intended to support learning, reflection, and skill development. They do not constitute formal teaching, assessment, supervision, or accreditation by any university, professional body, or examining authority.

Educational Disclaimer

All content provided by BromleyARC is for educational and informational purposes only. Any examples, feedback, or suggestions provided are illustrative and reflect professional judgement rather than prescribed solutions.

We do not guarantee any specific academic results, grades, portfolio outcomes, university admissions, or career progression. Outcomes will vary depending on individual circumstances, effort, prior experience, and institutional requirements.

Participation in our courses or tutorials does not constitute formal academic instruction, assessment, or accreditation by any university or professional body.

Eligibility

To use our Services, you must be at least 16 years old or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian. You confirm that any registration information you provide is accurate and complete.

Where a parent or legal guardian purchases Services on behalf of a student under 18, they accept these Terms on the student’s behalf.

Account Creation and Access

You may need to create a Kajabi account to access course materials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activities under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if we suspect any unauthorised use or a breach of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All content, including videos, documents, images, design materials, and other intellectual property, provided through our Services is owned by or licensed to BromleyARC.

You may access and use the materials for personal, non-commercial learning only. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use the materials for any other purpose without written permission.

Live tutorials and mentoring sessions may not be recorded, reproduced, or shared without prior written consent.

Payments and Refunds

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Payments are processed securely via Kajabi’s integrated payment systems.

In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have a 14-day cooling-off period for digital purchases unless access to the digital content has begun and you have expressly agreed to waive your right to cancel.

By purchasing and accessing our digital courses or tutorials, you acknowledge that you are requesting immediate access to the content and agree that your right to cancel may be waived once access has begun.

Refunds for live tutorials or mentoring sessions are not available once a session has taken place, except where required by UK consumer law.

If you believe you have a valid claim under UK consumer law (e.g. faulty or misrepresented service), please contact us within 14 days of purchase.

Live tutorials and mentoring sessions must be attended at the agreed time. Missed sessions or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required by UK consumer law.

User Conduct

By using our Services, you agree not to:

• Share your account or login credentials.
• Upload or distribute content that is harmful, offensive, or infringing.
• Use our Services to advertise or promote unrelated products/services.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Kajabi platform or our systems.

Service Availability

We aim to provide uninterrupted access but we do not guarantee the platform will be available at all times. Kajabi may occasionally schedule maintenance or experiences outages beyond our control.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of our Services where necessary, without affecting existing consumer rights.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, BromleyARC shall not be liable for any loss of profits, data, business, or indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the course or service.

Personal Responsibility

By using our Services, you acknowledge that any decisions you make regarding education, university applications, portfolios, or career paths remain your own responsibility.

BromleyARC provides guidance and insight based on experience, but final decisions and outcomes are outside our control.

Changes to These Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website, and we will endeavour to notify users where appropriate. Continued use of our Services following changes indicates your acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
